It allows the use of shutter speeds up to 4 stops slower than normal for steady, handheld photography. For Sony and Pentax mounts the built-in OS System allows the photographer to see the stabilized image in the viewfinder and can be used as an alternative with cameras having built-in image stabilization. The Super Multi-Layer Coating reduces flare and ghosting and provides high contrast images throughout the entire zoom range. This lens has a minimum focusing distance of 43.3inches (110cm) throughout the entire zoom range and a maximum magnification ratio of 1:4.5. Tiffen 72mm UV Protection Filter Review

Tiffen 72mm UV Protection Filter Feature

  • Most popular protection filter
  • Provides basic reduction of ultraviolet light
  • 72mm diameter
  • Helps eliminate bluish cast in images
Protects lenses from dust, moisture, scratches, and other damage. These filters can be kept on the camera at all times. Safeguard your lens and absorb UV light. Film and video are more sensitive to UV light than our eyes are. This often shows up as a bluish cast in images, especially shots from high altitudes and long distances, particularly over water. Ultra Violet filters are available in a variety of UV absorption levels. Reduces excessive blue by absorbing almost three quarters of UV light. Best general purpose UV control Eliminates UV problems from most situations where increased haze tends to wash out color and image clarity Protects your camera or camcorder lens against dust, moisture, fingerprints, scratches and damage Can be kept on your camera at all times
